Providence
The Nitro Bar

After taking on renovations at the other Nitro Bar locations, the team tasked us with renovating the interior and exterior of their new Providence Ives St location from what was previously a cocktail bar.
We demolished the interior down to the studs, excavated the exterior patio space, and built up from there.
In the interior, we framed a new layout before replacing structural posts with an overhead beam and installing new custom flooring, custom contrast wood wall paneling, custom built trash receptacle, windows and doors, with details complete down to custom vent covers. The bar area was tiled to the ceiling and finished with a commissioned hand-painted mirror. The bathroom was tiled in mosaic penny tiles with textured stucco walls and wood paneled ceiling, with a custom-built walnut mirror and frame. The commercial prep kitchen and takeout areas were likewise fully finished to top standards. New HVAC systems were installed, bringing the space up to full modern standards.
The exterior was fully resided and repainted, with new patio pavers laid, cedar fencing built, custom planters built and tiled, and made practical with built-in ipe wood benches and ramp. The existing garage door was closed up and converted into a clean walk-in fridge space.
