With a tired front porch and rear landing deck, Regina came to us looking for a refresh for the entrances to her home to match the well-kept rest of the exterior. She had a few AI-generated images of the direction she wanted for it, and we worked with her to bring her vision to life. We demolished the existing wood and rebuilt the structural supports on both before installing gray Trex composite decking for a maintenance-free update to last her family decades.
Progress comparisons
We demolished the back landing, adding a concrete pad and building a modern deck with horizontal railings.
The new deck is expanded to the width of the house and features Trex composite decking boards.
The tired wood boards on the covered front porch were removed and the underlying joists rebuilt before we installed Trex composite decking boards.
