"We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Elite Renovation! From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly reliable. They were always upfront about costs, communicated every step of the way, and consistently showed up when they said they would."
Katie's outdated and dark kitchen, and its adjacent half bath, were due for an update. We demolished it back to the studs, including moving the beam of a load-bearing dividing wall to open up the kitchen and dining room. We carefully refinished the ceilings to show no seams between these areas, and restored all the solid wood interior doors in the area. Electrics and plumbing were adjusted to match the new layout. We applied new tile flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, and installed new appliances, cabinets, and a wine and coffee bar. The counter areas were finished with new tile backsplashes. Meanwhile, the half bath received all new fixtures, wainscoting, and wallpaper.
The end results are an unbelievable transformation to the first floor of the house, which is newly light and airy for a young family.
