Faced with a ruined floor and an outdated space, Andy and Danielle decided it was the right time to take on the full basement remodel. Elite Renovation modernized their kitchenette, bathroom, and seating area to create a refreshed living space built to last, all while sticking to a tight emergency budget.

Our renovation work for this basement revolved around opening up the closed-off kitchenette into a far more open and contemporary space.
The substantial water damage from a burst pipe ruined the previous flooring in this basement. This disaster did, however, present an opportunity for the homeowners to renovate the bathroom with a new vanity and backsplash tile.
We repaired the water damaged subfloors and installed new flooring, built shelving under the TV, and opened up walls between the kitchenette and living area.
