Our focus as a renovation company is on transparency, quality, and integrity. We take the steps to get things right the first time, every time—including ensuring we're aligned with you on all details so we can offer an accurate, fixed-cost quote from the start, and end results you're thrilled with.

Intro call
We start by discussing your project with you over the phone. This helps us to understand the existing space, the project scope, and what you're hoping to achieve for it. Here, we can answer any initial questions for you about timing, process, and our capabilities. If you feel we're aligned, we can schedule in an initial in-person consultation—free, of course.

In-person consultation
Our founder Quentin—and, if applicable, our designer Emily—visit your home to take a look at the space with you. This allows us to have an in-depth discussion with you about your vision and start to work on some ideas with you about the approach we would take. Here, we also take measurements and note with you any potential advantages or complications in place, such as weight-bearing structures or water damage.

Quote
Based on the findings of our visit, we'll work out an itemized quote for the project and its timeline. We can often send this to you within three business days. Once you review, ask any questions, discuss any adjustments, and approve this estimate, we can get your project scheduled in to start.

Planning and Design
We collaborate with you to better understand your needs for the space. We look to achieve a result that is practically suited to your lifestyle, and which aesthetically flows with the rest of the house. We can work with inspiration images of your own and get started from here. Conversely, we can undertake a full design process, presenting you with visual idea boards for a discussion before working up floorplans and 3D mockups of the future space. These allow you to get a clear vision and alignment on exactly what the final results will be before any demolition begins.

Build
After applying for any needed planning or permits for you, we can begin any needed demolition work and start rebuilding. Generally, we do as much of your project's carpentry work as possible in our Coventry workshop space and bring the finished parts to the site for assembly when they're ready. This practice minimizes noise and air quality disturbance for you while we're working on your project. Our teams are always led by a member with decades of industry experience, and we're there for you for any questions along the way.
